The IMNDU (Immune Mediated and Neurodegeneration Development Unit) Strategy, Operations & Communications Lead will drive strategy execution, operating cadence, and executive communications for the IMNDU organization within Biogen Development. Reporting to the SVP, Head of IMNDU, this role will translate high-level priorities into actionable workstreams, establish clear measures of success, track goals and ensure progress against strategic and operational objectives. The role will partner closely with the IMNDU Leadership Team to ensure development and execution of knowledge-sharing forums and town halls, forums for reviewing portfolio projects and timelines, and for sharing information and prioritization of governance (RRC, DPC, EPR) and Francise deliverables, as well as assist with DLT and Board of Director documents. This individual will also lead or co-lead with an LT member high-impact strategic initiatives and develop executive materials, business reviews, and communications that support senior leadership decision-making. This role must be able to integrate the priorities of a global, technical, medical and scientific enterprise with a strong sense of accountability.

Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
