As the HR coach and trusted business partner, you will advise, coach, and influence leadership teams and people managers across Poland and selected EU Functions to bring our vision to life, shape their strategy, foster our entrepreneurial culture and strengthen organizational effectiveness.
With Poland as your primary responsibility, you will lead the delivery of an aligned People strategy through targeted initiatives across organizational design, talent management, transformation, and employee experience. You will also support key EU Functions, ensuring alignment with broader European HR priorities and Global function leadership. You will also support Employee Relations activities across Europe, ensuring fair, compliant, and consistent handling of workplace matters while fostering a respectful and high-performing culture.
In this role, you will balance strategic workforce planning with hands-on operational support, helping design an organization that can enable and sustain future growth, while championing a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.
The scope of the role will continue to grow, offering exposure to new challenges, learning opportunities, and assignments that require curiosity, agility, and an explorer mindset. In addition to supporting the local team, you will ensure strong alignment with the broader European HR vision and foster close collaboration across the regional HR community.
Essential Functions of the Job:
Strategic HR Business Partnering (Poland & EU Functions)
Translate Poland business strategy into HR interventions that drive impactful business outcomes
Continue to evolve HR practices establishing standards, policies and benefits aligned with Polish regulations and ensure compliance with Polish labor law regulations
Support selected EU Functions on people strategy, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness
Develop organizational and workforce plans aligned with long-term business priorities
Advise leaders on organizational design, performance, talent, retention, and engagement
Partner with HR Operations to resolve complex operational tasks
Participate in HR projects and ensure alignment at country and functional level
Build an inclusive and high-performance environment and coach leaders on collaboration and leadership effectiveness
Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure key roles are staffed with top talent and improve hiring practices
Foster alignment and collaboration across countries and functions
Employee Relations – Europe Scope
Acts as the European ER subject matter expert (SME) within the HRBP team
Implement Employee Relations programs, policies, and procedures aligned with Global & European standards and local regulations
Investigate allegations of improper conduct, including statutory complaints (e.g., harassment, discrimination) and non-statutory complaints (e.g., bullying, inappropriate management practices, conflicts of interest)
Ensure investigations are conducted in a fair, objective, and compliant manner, in line with company policies and legal requirements
Partner with Legal and Compliance where required on sensitive or high-risk cases
Monitor ER trends and recommend actions to improve culture and reduce risk
Experience & Capabilities
Strong knowledge of Polish labor law; broader EU ER exposure highly desirable
Proven experience handling complex Employee Relations cases across multiple countries
International HR experience in a matrix organization
Strong expertise in organizational development and talent management
Ability to lead change in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Strong judgment, integrity, and ability to manage sensitive situations with discretion
Agile mindset and ability to work with ambiguity
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Partner closely with HR COEs and HRBPs across Europe to ensure best-in-class employee experience
Travel: 20%
Salary Range Poland: 492,000.00 PLN - 615,000.00 PLN
