Job description:
Hexagon Bio is seeking a highly motivated Associate Scientist/Scientist I to join our Bioconjugation team. This laboratory-based role focuses on ADC conjugation, purification, and analytical characterization/QC to support our expanding ADC pipeline. You will work closely with biochemists, medicinal chemists, and cell biologists to generate high-quality materials that enable in vitro and in vivo studies of novel natural-product–based payloads.
We are looking for a team member who excels at hands-on bench work, enjoys solving technical problems, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. This is a 100% on-site lab-based role.

The salary range is dependent on the level that is hired. The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $140,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across California locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
