Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
• Manages sales and fostering commercial partnerships with customers within the assigned territory, drives business growth and assists in executing strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Assists in the creation and implementation of the sales strategy and sales plan, including the development of sales forecasts and analyzing market trends to inform projections to drive revenue growth and achieve strategic objectives.
• Builds credibility and long-term relationships with customers in the assigned area to achieve sustained sales objectives and ensure ongoing business success by fostering trust, understanding client needs, and delivering exceptional value.
• Achieves or surpasses order intake, sales, margin and other prescribed financial targets, including direct cost management, within the district by strategically driving performance, optimizing resources, and ensuring effective budget control.
• Implements sales tools and technologies to enhance team performance, streamline operations, and drive productivity by integrating advanced solutions and data-driven insights to support effective sales strategies and achieve district targets.
• Manages district-wide sales promotions and incentive programs, monitors effectiveness and makes data-driven adjustments to optimize outcomes and achieve targeted revenue growth and market expansion.
• Adheres to the yearly business plan of the district by ensuring all strategic goals, operational targets, and performance metrics are met and assists in implementing initiatives that align with the outlined objectives.
• Manages the coordination of activities within assigned territory, potentially through subordinate supervisors, ensuring accountability for results, including costs, methods, and staffing.
• Guides and mentors the district sales team, actively contributing to employee selection, performance management, compensation management

Minimum required Education:
Bachelor's/ Master's Degree

Minimum required Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience with Bachelor's OR Minimum 3 years of experience with Master's in areas such as Sales Strategy, Business Development, Sales Operations, Risk Management or equivalent.


How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
