About the Job
The Haemophilia Area Commercial Lead is a field-based, commercially focused individual contributor responsible for driving Qfitlia adoption and revenue delivery within an assigned geographic area. This role is at the forefront of Sanofi's Haemophilia launch in India — engaging directly with haematologists, Haemophilia Treatment Centers (HTCs), and key decision makers to build awareness, drive prescription initiation, and ensure patient access to Qfitlia. The role demands a highly motivated, scientifically credible, and commercially astute professional who can navigate the complex haemophilia treatment ecosystem and deliver results in a launch environment.

About the Team
Sanofi is a pioneer in rare disease therapy and has the largest portfolio of products to treat Lysosomal Storage Diseases in India. Sanofi is now entering the Haemophilia space with Qfitlia — a path-breaking therapeutic solution for Haemophilia A and B. The Haemophilia Area Commercial Lead role is based in the region and involves regularly identifying, managing, and reviewing business strategy and specific sales objectives, ensuring customer needs and expectations are routinely addressed to attain revenue goals. This role drives growth through building a strong value proposition for Sanofi's Qfitlia in Haemophilia and by taking proactive measures for market access and patient benefit. It is an individual contributing role with strong cross-functional collaborative skills. This role directly engages with HCPs, understands their needs and preferences, and implements strategies that enhance customer satisfaction.

The role is responsible for achieving sales and profitability targets, and driving performance and engagement as well as planning and deploying financial and other resources for business growth aligned to companies’ policy and objectives
