Global/US Insights & Analytics Director, CVRM – CKD/HF

In this role, you will be the strategic engine behind insight generation for our CKD/HF franchise, partnering closely with Global and US teams to unlock growth and improve patient outcomes. You will connect primary research, forecasting, analytics, real-world data, and competitive intelligence into a coherent story that guides high-stakes choices across therapy lifecycle milestones.

Accountabilities:

• Primary Market Research Leadership: Design and oversee qualitative and quantitative studies that yield relevant, actionable, and differentiating insights across HCP, patient, and payer audiences.
• Insight Storytelling and Influence: Synthesize findings into clear narratives; “tell the story” through compelling communication that drives senior stakeholder alignment and decision-making.
• Strategic Positioning and Messaging: Lead positioning work, segmentation, message and lexicon testing, creative concept testing, and demand studies to sharpen brand strategy.
• KPI and Performance Tracking: Define, track, and socialize brand performance metrics in partnership with Brand, Commercial Excellence, and Analytics teams; link KPIs to strategic drivers for course-correcting at pace.
• Real-World Data and Advanced Analytics: Partner with Brand Analytics and data science teams to leverage claims, EMR, and other patient-level datasets to understand physician and patient behavior and translate insights into strategic actions.
• Lifecycle and Investment Cases: Lead commercial assessment activities, including qual/quant research, product profile testing, claims analysis, and patient research, to inform LCM business cases and investment decisions.
• Compliance and Governance: Manage all primary research in line with internal policies; ensure appropriate methodology, vendor oversight, and data integrity.
• Continuous Improvement: Champion new capabilities, experimentation, and test-and-learn approaches; instill a culture of curiosity and evidence-based decision-making.
• Global and US Partnership: Build trusted relationships across Global Brand, US Brand, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Finance, and local Marketing Companies to ensure insights drive both local execution and global strategy.
• Early Impact to Broader Influence: Deliver immediate insight plans that address priority gaps; scale learnings across markets and indications to set the standard for insight-led commercial excellence.

Essential Skills/Experience:

• 8+ years of insights/analytics experience in the biopharmaceuticals industry
• Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative market research across multiple stakeholder groups (e.g., HCPs, patients, and payers)
• Proven ability to conduct analytics using secondary data sources in the biopharmaceutical industry (IQVIA, Symphony, Prognos, Decision Resources/Clarivate, patient-level datasets) and performance tracking
• Good business acumen, strategic thinking, and understanding of sales and marketing business practices
• Ability to influence laterally and vertically
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/assignments to demanding deadlines with minimal supervision
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills as well as teamwork abilities
• Comfortable working in a matrix environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Occasional travel may be required
• Bachelor’s degree in a business, commercial, scientific, or related field

Desirable Skills/Experience:

• Experience in application of advanced methods and statistical procedures on large and disparate datasets
• Proficiency in manipulating and extracting insights from large longitudinal data sources such as claims, EMR, and other patient-level datasets
• An advanced degree is preferred (Master’s, MBA or PhD)
