Together we can influence the world around us to make life and work better.</p><p></p><p><b>Ferring&#43;You </b></p><p></p><p>As our Global Rewards Senior Analyst you’ll sit at the heart of global compensation delivery - ensuring flawless execution of annual reward cycles, strengthening governance, and continuously improving how reward programs operate at scale.</p><p>While you’ll own the end-to-end administration of Long-Term Incentives, this is not a pure LTI role. The real breadth comes from leading global compensation operations, partnering across HR, Finance, Payroll, and vendors, and shaping how reward processes evolve in a Workday-enabled environment.</p><p>If you like data, systems, structure, and global reach — and want a role where operational excellence is genuinely valued — this one’s for you.</p><p></p><p><b>Your day at Ferring</b></p><ul><li><p>You will provide end-to-end administration of global Long-Term Incentive (LTI) plans, including phantom awards, ensuring accuracy and strong governance.</p></li><li><p>Act as the operational lead for annual salary review and bonus cycles across multiple markets.</p></li><li><p>Ensuring rewards processes are delivered in line with global policies, controls, and agreed timelines.</p></li><li><p>You will oversee data validation, eligibility checks, reconciliations, and payroll interfaces to maintain high data integrity.</p></li><li><p>Ensure regular and ad-hoc compensation reports to support decision-making and transparency.</p></li><li><p>Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives.</p></li><li><p>You will manage documentation, SOP’s, and governance materials to ensure audit readiness and compliance.</p></li><li><p>You will provide tiered support for reward-related queries and escalations through the shared service model.</p></li><li><p>Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, Payroll, and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery.</p></li><li><p>Monitor compliance with global policies and local regulatory requirements, escalating risks where needed.</p></li><li><p>Contribute to operational insights and market awareness to support the evolution of the global reward strategy.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Behind our innovation…There’s you</b></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field.</p></li><li><p>3-5 years of experience in compensation or reward operations within a global organization, experience in highly regulated environments will be a big plus.</p></li><li><p>Proven hands-on experience in a Rewards or Compensation team.</p></li><li><p>Experience operating within shared services or global delivery models, strongly preferred.</p></li><li><p>Highly detail-oriented with a strong process mindset.</p></li><li><p>Confident working with large, complex datasets.</p></li><li><p>Advanced Excel skills (data interrogation, trends, validation).</p></li><li><p>Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced global environment.</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.</p></li><li><p>Commitment to fairness, transparency, and continuous improvement.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>People come first at Ferring</b></p><ul><li><p>Get inspired from our commitment to advocate for everyone’s right to build a family, no matter who you are, where you live or who you love.</p></li><li><p>Our inclusive support package – “Building Families at Ferring” provides equal and accessible policies for all employees who wish to start their family journey, ensuring a global standard, irrespective of location and role.
