Then we encourage you to apply and join our dedicated Syntese team! </div><div>Syntese A/S is a pharmaceutical manufacturing site within the Ferring Group, and we are currently looking for an ambitious individual at the start of their Finance career to join us as we embark on our SAP journey. </div><div>Your role will span finance and procurement operations, supporting A2R and P2P processes, as well as supply chain incl. O2C processes. Further, a significant portion of your time will initially be spent supporting our pending SAP implementation. You will become part of the finance team where we take pride in ensuring effective and industry compliant processes – both with our internal and external partners and suppliers. Ferring + you Syntese is a part of the Ferring Pharmaceuticals global matrix. We are renowned worldwide for our reliable production of high-quality Mesalazine, an Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) used in treating inflammatory bowel diseases. </div><div>At our manufacturing site in Hvidovre, you will join our Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain office, consisting of 3 full-time team members and one student, reporting directly to the Head of Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain. </div><div> Your day at Ferring </div><div>Joining us as a Supply Chain & Procurement controller, your responsibilities include: </div><div>Supply Chain<ul><li>Coordinate purchasing and flow of goods from demand identification to final delivery. </li><li>Create and maintain POs in accordance with internal procedures and GMP requirements, where relevant. </li><li>Follow up on deliveries, deviations, delays, and communicate with suppliers. </li><li>Ensure correct material availability through collaboration with production and warehouse. </li></ul></div><div>Procurement & Supplier Management </div><div><ul><li>Conduct onboarding of new suppliers in collaboration with Procurement and Finance. </li><li>Collect and maintain supplier data and documentation, including compliance documentation. </li><li>Support sourcing activities, e.g., price inquiries and supplier comparisons. </li><li>Maintain strong collaborative relationships with existing suppliers. </li></ul></div><div>Coupa (P2P)<ul><li>Handle all Coupa transactions, including PO creation, approvals, and error correction. </li><li>Support internal users in Coupa, including workflows, procurement processes, and data quality. </li><li>Collaborate with Finance on invoice matching, discrepancies, and payment flows. </li></ul></div><div>Cross-functional collaboration <ul><li>Work closely with Finance, Supply Chain, and Procurement on efficient processes. </li><li>Contribute to ongoing process optimizations and standards for P2P and procurement flow. </li><li>Ensure high data quality and adherence to internal and external compliance requirements.  </li></ul></div><div>Your daily work will be performed on-site in Hvidovre, with flexibility to work from home approximately once a week. </div><div>Behind our innovation – there’s you To thrive in this role, you will need to be proactive and responsible, with the ability to navigate in a small, dynamic environment. You are service-minded, systematic, quality-conscious and good at managing multiple tasks and stakeholders. </div><div>Qualifications </div><div><ul><li>Master's degree in finance, economics or equivalent</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing, or Procurement – preferably from pharma or another regulated industry. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Knowledge of Coupa or another P2P system (SAP, Ariba, etc.). </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Understanding of PO flows, supplier management, and financial processes. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Strong coordination skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken.  </li></ul></div></div><div>People come first at Ferring At Syntese, we value initiative and empower our team members to drive positive change.
