Global Marketing Director, Fetra-V Launch Readiness and Market Integration

Thoracic represents a critical component of Pfizer oncology's growth strategy and an opportunity to address significant unmet patient need in lung cancer. Fetrastobart vedotin (FV), a pre-launch antibody drug conjugate within Pfizer oncology's thoracic portfolio, is currently being studied in non-small cell lung, cancer (NSCLC) with additional indications and tumor types under exploration.

This role will report to the Commercial Lead for FV.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead global launch readiness and market integration, partnering with US and ICO teams, Global Medical Affairs, Global Access & Value, PGS, Regulatory, and other cross functional partners to drive coordinated launch planning, readiness, and execution.
• Craft and evolve Global Integrated Launch Strategy (ILS), translating brand strategy into an integrated cross functional global launch plan.
• Lead global launch sequencing, including key stage gates, readiness milestones, market sequencing, dependencies, risks, and required governance.
• Drive global market engagement and cross functional readiness, establishing the forums and processes that connect Global, US, ICO teams, surface market needs, resolve executional issues, and maintain clear accountability.
• Establish and track launch readiness KPIs, ensuring consistent metrics across Global, US, and ICO teams and clear visibility of progress, risks, and issues through leadership dashboards and governance. 
• Integrate across the FV global commercial team, ensuring brand strategy and HCP, launch readiness, market engagement, and other commercial work streams are aligned into a cohesive global commercial plan and executed against shared priorities.
• Lead global commercial budget planning and management, ensuring resources are prioritized against launch readiness and strategic priorities.
• Own commercial assumptions and strategic input that inform long range forecast, integrating market, competitive, clinical, and strategic assumptions in partnership with finance, analytics, and relevant cross functional partners
• Conducts all activities and makes decisions that are in accordance with Company policies & SOPs, Pfizer values & global regulatory guidelines.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.

• Bachelor’s degree required; Advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industry required; 7+ years of experience with master's degree
• Marketing experience required
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, detail and action oriented, creative, flexible, self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and demonstrates judgement of what needs to be escalated
• Strong team player with demonstrated ability to engage experts from a wide range of functional areas to improve business performance and find a path forward
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for a wide range of audiences

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $162,900.00 to $271,500.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
