Global Inventory Manager - Ultrasound

The Global Inventory Manager is responsible for managing the global inventory of Ultrasound. The role oversees inventory, audits, product return, and return flows.

Your role:

• Manages the inventory and monitoring of sales orders through manual and automated channels, ensuring comprehensive coverage and adherence to protocols, including return flows.

• Oversees orders from TechMax (Customer Program for upgrades).

• Collaborates closely with Finance, Services, and Sales to effectively navigate backorders, proactively addressing challenges and ensuring swift resolution to align with customer needs, thereby enhancing overall customer experience.

• Validates Customer Profile Checklist (CPC) to ensure compliance with Export Controls.

You're the right fit if:

• You’ve acquired 6+ years of experience in Inventory Management (This is a people leader role)
• Your skills include inventory management, escalation management, and senior stakeholder management.
• You have a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations or equivalent.
• You’re a proactive person interested in problem-solving and being able to manage change continuously.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

 This is an office role in Panama.
