We act courageously and are uniquely positioned to be a source of stability in a world of evolving healthcare needs.<br /><br />Viatris empowers people worldwide to live healthier at every stage of life.<br /><br />We do so via:<span> </span><br /><br />Access – Providing high quality trusted medicines regardless of geography or circumstance;<br />Leadership – Advancing sustainable operations and innovative solutions to improve patient health; and<span> </span><br />Partnership – Leveraging our collective expertise to connect people to products and services.<span> </span><br /> </p><p>Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference — and here’s how this role will make an impact:</p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Create and maintain vendor/customer master data in accordance with global standards and governance policies.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Global Quality, Regulatory, Finance, Sourcing, affiliates, and manufacturing sites to resolve master data issues and meet business objectives.</li><li>Contribute to the definition and maintenance of Viatris-wide data definitions, terminology, data quality metrics, and business rules.</li><li>Act as the subject matter expert and point of contact for all vendor/customer master data-related matters.</li><li>Write, revise, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), training materials, and process documentation.</li><li>Analyze and resolve master data issues to support efficient daily operations.</li><li>Represent the Global Vendor/Customer Master Data function in SAP implementation and transformation projects, ensuring alignment between global and local teams.</li><li>Support data cleansing, enrichment, and migration activities during system implementations.</li><li>Provide training and guidance to business units on vendor/customer master data processes and best practices.</li><li>Assist in system development initiatives by gathering requirements, drafting test scripts, and executing test cases.</li><li>Lead data cleansing and harmonization efforts, developing effective rules and procedures in collaboration with stakeholders.</li><li>Conduct regular data quality audits to ensure vendor master data remains accurate, complete, and compliant.</li><li>Identify, escalate, and manage the resolution of data quality issues.</li></ul><h2>Skills & Experience</h2><ul><li>Proven experience in a master data management role, preferably focused on vendor/customer master data.</li><li>Hands-on experience with SAP ERP systems is required; SAP S/4HANA experience is strongly preferred.</li><li>Experience with Business Partner (BP) transformation in S/4HANA, including migration from legacy customer/vendor records, BP role configuration, and integration with procurement and finance modules.</li><li>Experience with processing mass creations/updates preferably with the usage of SAP GUI scripting is a plus</li><li>Strong attention to detail and a consistent track record of delivering high-quality, accurate data.</li><li>Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and optimize processes.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with SQL is a plus.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments and bring structure to complex challenges.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>Proven ability to work collaboratively across functions and cultures.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.</li><li>Strong customer service orientation and stakeholder engagement skills</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">A<span><span>t Viatris, we offer<span> </span></span></span><span><span>competitive<span> </span></span></span><span><span>salar</span></span><span><span>ies</span></span><span><span>, benefits</span></span><span><span><span> </span>and</span></span><span><span><span> </span></span></span><span><span>an inclusive environment where you can use your experiences, perspectives and skills to help make an impact on the lives of others.</span></span><span><span> </span></span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span>Viatris is an Equal Opportunity Employer. </span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>
