But we care about winning, not larping, so we're flexible on hours. ABOUT THE ROLE We'll be launching the product soon. We're hiring two founding account executives to own the sales cycle from first conversation to signed contract, and report directly to the founder. We have a B2B SaaS sales motion, inbound and outbound, and ACV is currently $5-50k. You'll be selling to founders and finance leads at software companies. JOB REQUIREMENTS - A track record closing B2B SaaS or fintech deals at $5-50k ACV (3+ yrs). - You've sold something new before, where the pitch wasn't written yet. COMPENSATION - $300K – $350K OTE ($125K – $150K base) - 0.2% – 0.35% fully diluted equity - Health benefits
