Planning and Forecasting
Actively participate in budgeting and forecasting
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting by consolidating system-generated data and validating key assumptions.
Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Quality, Regulatory, Vigilance and Information teams to ensure accurate inputs and alignment with corporate guidelines.
Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses using data extracted from the ERP and reporting tools.
Financial Analysis and Reporting
Prepare detailed financial reports and variance analyses, ensuring consistency between ERP actuals and management reporting outputs.
Create clear data visualizations and improve the quality and usability of financial reporting.
Support the month-end close by validating financial data, reconciling profit and loss and balance sheet accounts, and partnering with Accounting to resolve variances.
Maintain consistent reporting structures and master data across entities and cost centers.
Purchase referent and supervisor of main purchase processes
Relevant University Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business Management;
Relevant working experience minimum 2-3 years
Good command of English
Relative knowledge in management control & analyses, as well as general accounting and financial skills;
Very good computer literacy: Excel proficiency, Power BI, Microsoft ERP or SAP
Responsible and deadline keeper
Good communication skills
Team player
Good attitude to colleagues and external parties.
