What You'll Do

Financial Assistant - Enovis Surgical Belgium

At Enovis, we develop innovative medical technologies that help restore motion and improve patients’ quality of life. As part of a critical integration project for the company, we are looking for a Financial Assistant to join our team in Belgium on a fixed-term contract, with the possibility of a permanent position afterwards depending on business needs.

In this role, you will support the finance department by ensuring the reliability of financial operations, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to efficient financial processes during this important transformation phase.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Administration

• Process supplier invoices, payments, and expense reports

• Maintain accurate accounts payable and accounts receivable records

• Support the accounts receivable follow-up and reconciliation process

• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations

• Prepare and post accounting journal entries

Reporting & Financial Analysis

• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports

• Compile financial data required for internal and external audits

Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain organized and reliable financial documentation

• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures

Operational Support

• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments

• Identify opportunities to improve finance processes

• Support internal and external audit activities

Profile

• Experience in accounting, finance administration, or a similar role

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work in a structured and rigorous environment

• Comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders in an international organization
