Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Position Overview:</b></p><p>As a Finance Business Partner Support for Global Human Resources, you will play a critical role in providing financial expertise and support to the Human Resources (HR) department within a global organization. Your primary responsibility will be to business partner to drive financial analysis, and decision-making processes to ensure effective allocation of resources and achieve strategic goals.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><p>Financial Planning and Analysis:</p><ul><li><p>Collaborate with HR leadership to develop annual operating budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.</p></li><li><p>Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and scenario modeling, to support HR initiatives and programs.</p></li><li><p>Provide insights and recommendations to optimize HR spending and resource allocation.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Business Partnering:</p><ul><li><p>Serve as a trusted financial advisor to HR leaders, providing guidance on financial matters, budget management, and cost control.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate closely with HR teams to understand their financial needs, align goals, and develop financial strategies that support HR objectives.</p></li><li><p>Act as a liaison between Finance and HR, facilitating effective communication and ensuring financial information is accurately shared and understood.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Strategic Decision Support:</p><ul><li><p>Participate in HR related projects and initiatives, providing financial insights and recommendations to support decision making.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Digital HR, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Learning and Development, to align financial strategies with broader HR strategies.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Partner Management:</p><ul><li><p>Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, Finance teams, and other relevant partners.</p></li><li><p>Proactively engage with HR teams to understand their evolving needs and challenges, providing financial solutions and support.</p></li><li><p>Communicate financial information effectively to non-financial partners, ensuring clarity and facilitating informed decision-making.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus.</p></li><li><p>6+ years experience in finance or accounting</p></li><li><p>Solid understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.</p></li><li><p>Experience in finance business partnering or financial support for HR functions is highly desirable.</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide useful insights.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with partners at all levels.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in financial software and systems (e.g., ERP systems, Excel, financial modeling tools).</p></li><li><p>Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment and manage several priorities.</p></li><li><p>Strong eye for business and ability to understand HR strategies and their financial implications</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p>Please note that this role is available across multiple countries and may be posted under different requisition numbers to comply with local requirements.
