Job Description

岗位职责 (Job Responsibilities)

* 执行医疗设备的安装、调试和性能测试。
* 对设备进行定期预防性维护，以确保其最佳运行状态。
* 快速响应客户服务请求，诊断并排除设备故障。
* 进行设备维修和部件更换，确保维修质量和效率。
* 为客户提供技术支持和设备操作培训。
* 准确记录服务活动、设备维护历史和部件使用情况。
* 遵守所有公司政策、操作规程和安全标准。
* 与销售、技术支持和客户服务团队紧密合作，提升客户体验。
* 持续学习新产品和技术，提升专业技能。

任职资格 (Job Qualifications)

* 生物医学工程、电气工程、电子工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。
* 具有两年以上医疗设备（如CT、MRI、X光机等）现场服务经验者优先。
* 熟悉医疗设备原理、结构和维护技术。
* 具备优秀的故障诊断和解决问题的能力。
* 良好的沟通能力和客户服务意识。
* 能够独立工作，并在压力下保持高效。
* 具备良好的英语读写能力，能够阅读英文技术文档。
* 适应出差和不定期加班。
* 持有有效驾驶执照。
