Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of GE HealthCare’s service solutions and relevant competitive offerings.
Develop account penetration strategies for key target and competitive accounts, and communicate market intelligence, field concerns, emerging issues, and customer requirements to the wider business.
Lead customer negotiations and close deals by engaging key buying stakeholders, including technical and biomedical personnel, department heads, and C-suite executives.
Achieve annual and quarterly revenue targets through accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting, effective prioritization of selling time, increased sales volume, deeper account penetration, and comprehensive territory coverage.
Maintain strong after-sales relationships, develop long-term customer partnerships, and identify opportunities that address both immediate and evolving customer needs.
At least one of the following core experiences (+ 3 years)
consultative sales or market experience including strategic selling and negotiation in a complex sales environment involving multiple decisionmakers/ influencers.
Healthcare service experience, preferable in Diagnostic Imaging, Ultrasound or Patient Care Solutions.
Experience in customer facing roles.
Excellent Danish and English language skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned geographic region
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, technology, healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent knowledge and experience.
Previous Healthcare sales experience.
Strong interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong written and verbal communication and clear-thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex issues into simple messages.
Solid process orientation, demonstrated resource management and allocation experience, and the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within an organization.
Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution-based sales process.
