Assisting more experienced technicians and FSE’s (Field Service Engineers) on basic and complex repairs /resolution respectively.
Working as a member of local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within assigned area.
Documenting all actions and submit reports/summaries according to schedule.
Ensuring proper care of spares, tools and test equipment and ensure calibration.
Maintaining approved parts inventory.
Managing vendor’s service delivery processes in compliance with GE HealthCare policies, as instructed.
Enhancing and maintaining technical knowledge of current standards, codes and procedures regarding safe and effective use of medical equipment through formal instruction.
Meeting Health and Human Services, Environment Health and Safety requirements and/or all other applicable regulatory requirements.
Performing other related duties as assigned.
Minimum of University education required with a diploma background in Medical Devices, Technologies, Medical physics, Electronics, Engineering,
Fan of the healthcare technology & industry,
Passion to learn and take on new responsibilities,
Being comfortable to communicate in English (oral and written) and Romanian,
A team-spirited person,
Strong analytical and manual skills,
Strong knowledge and understanding of electronics and IT,
Willingness and ability to frequently travel domestically during Apprentice Program,
Ability to exercise independent judgment consistent with department guidelines,
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail,
Self-Starter, proactive, able to work independently with minimal direction,
Ability to quickly identify and prioritize issues, create solutions and meet deadlines,
Team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of working within a globally diverse team across different time zones.
