Main Responsibilities
• Build and maintain trusted scientific relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, Healthcare Professionals, and relevant institutions in the assigned territory
• Serve as a reliable scientific partner to external experts through timely and meaningful scientific exchanges that highlight the medical value of our products
• Provide high-quality, accurate, and balanced scientific information in response to unsolicited requests from stakeholders
• Develop and execute individual stakeholder engagement plans aligned with the Medical Plan, generating actionable insights and proposing solutions
• Represent Sanofi as a "Scientific Ambassador" in all external engagements
• Actively contribute to training programs, research projects, publications, and consultancy activities
• Collaborate with internal teams including Medical Managers, Real-World Evidence, Pharmacovigilance, and Medical Information, while maintaining full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Support evidence-generation activities, including internal projects and Investigator-Initiated Studies
• Maintain accurate records of customer engagement through CRM tools and generate insights reports
• Provide comprehensive medical and scientific support across internal teams
• Demonstrate operational understanding and risk management by ensuring excellence in the execution of all governance processes

About You
• Education: Medical degree (MD) or Pharmacy degree required
• Experience: Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
• Technical Skills: Ability to interpret and communicate complex scientific data to meet educational and research needs
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills; collaborative mindset; proactive and solution-oriented approach in a dynamic environment; demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Languages: Fluent in Turkish and English (verbal and written)
• Other: Willingness and ability to travel extensively
