As a Field Commercial Training Partner within Global Customer Engagement & Operations (CE&O), you will play a key role in shaping and delivering the learning strategy that builds capability across global field commercial teams. You will partner closely with affiliates and cross-functional stakeholders to identify performance needs, design scalable learning solutions, and strengthen field effectiveness across the product lifecycle.
This role combines strategic contribution with hands-on delivery. You will lead onboarding and coaching initiatives across multiple therapeutic areas and pipeline assets, while driving a patient-centric learning culture globally. Operating in a highly matrixed environment, you will influence through credibility, collaboration, and strong stakeholder partnership.
What You'll Do
Own and evolve the cross-TA learning strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities and execution plans
Lead the Cross-TA Onboarding Programme across SMA, FA, AD, PPD, and pipeline assets, ensuring end-to-end delivery
Conduct learning and performance needs assessments and translate findings into actionable learning interventions
Design and deliver scalable and practical learning solutions across global field commercial teams
Lead and continuously evolve the CE&O Coaching Programme to strengthen field capability and coaching effectiveness
Build and sustain a patient-centric learning culture across global commercial organizations
Partner closely with affiliates, local commercial training leads, and cross-functional stakeholders to co-create learning plans and curricula
Adapt communication and learning approaches for different audiences and maturity levels across regions
Identify, codify, and share best practices to strengthen learning impact globally
Oversee programme governance across geographies, including timelines, budgets, and SOP compliance
Prioritize and sequence onboarding and enablement activities in line with evolving business priorities
Balance strategic contribution with hands-on execution in a fast-paced and changing environment

Required Skills
BA/BS degree required; fluency in English required
8–12 years of pharmaceutical learning and training experience
Proven success designing and delivering impactful training programmes across the product lifecycle
Strong experience in learning strategy, onboarding, coaching, and field capability development
Demonstrated stakeholder management and programme leadership experience in matrix environments
Experience partnering with global and affiliate stakeholders across multiple geographies
Strong facilitation and communication skills, both virtual and in-person
Ability to diagnose performance needs and translate them into practical learning interventions
Strong project management and organizational skills, including governance, timelines, budgets, and SOP compliance
Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt learning strategies in fast-changing business environments
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable learning solutions
Field or customer-facing experience within the pharmaceutical industry advantageous
