Support business continuity routines and operational resilience expectations through supplier readiness, escalation discipline, and lessons learned. 8) GCC Growth, Scaling & Change (Core to the Role) Lead facilities/workplace readiness for GCC growth and scaling: capacity increases, expansions, reconfigurations, and evolving workplace requirements. Translate growth demand into an operational plan across ISS services, landlord/building management interfaces (as applicable), and Takeda stakeholders.
