Office Manager (f/m/x) Corporate Facilities & HSE

What will you be doing?

What will you need to be successful?

• Relevant education like e.g. Business, Facilities, Engineering

• Minimum of 3 years experience in facility management, office management and/or HSE management

• Proven experience in facilities/office management and/or workplace project management within a corporate environment

• Confidence to engage senior stakeholders and manage relationshsips with landlords and external service providers

• Strong knowledge of health, safety and environmental (HSE) regulations, building services and compliance driven environments

• Ability to balance day to day operational demands with longer term strategic objectives and projects

• Excellent communication, problem solving, analytical and stakeholder management skills, combined with a collaborative leadership style

• Very good knowledge in using IT Systems, e.g. MS Office and other corporate tools

• Very good German and good English language skills (written and spoken)

Preferred:

• German Facility Management (FM) certificate obtained IFMA CFM, Fachwirt in Facility Management GEFMA, or equivalent

• Knowledge of ISO45001 Occupational Health and Safety standard

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is €75,000 – €112,500 EUR annually.
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on objective, job related factors including (but not limited to) relevant skills, qualifications and experience, scope and responsibilities of the role, geographic location and internal equity considerations. Compensation decisions are made using consistent and gender neutral criteria, in line with applicable pay transparency laws. This role has been evaluated within our internal job architecture and mapped to a defined pay band to ensure consistency and fairness. ​
