coverage and payment policy that directly affects patient access and innovation across the BridgeBio portfolio.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 14px;">The Executive Director, U.S. Public Policy will </span><strong><span style="font-size: 14px;">own the end-to-end U.S. public policy strategy</span></strong><span style="font-size: 14px;"> related to Medicare, Medicaid, and payment models, and will be accountable for shaping policy positions that influence access, reimbursement, and long-term portfolio value, and advising on implementation internally.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 14px;">This role operates at the enterprise level, advising executive leadership, shaping portfolio strategy, and serving as BridgeBio’s primary public policy authority with U.S. regulators.</span></p> <p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong></p> <p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Lead U.S. public policy strategy</span></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Define and lead BridgeBio’s U.S. public policy strategy, particularly Medicare (Parts B and D), Medicaid, alternative and value-based payment models, IRA implementation, CMMI initiatives, and coverage and reimbursement policy</span></span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Serve as the company’s internal expert on U.S. public policy, advising leadership on policy design, implementation risk, and long-term implications</span></span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size:
