Instrumentation</span><br /><br /><b><span>Experience/ Exposure</span></b><br /><span>7&#43; years of working experience Pharma </span><br /><br /><b><span>Job Description:</span></b></p><ul><li><p>Preparation of Annual calibration Schedule and Preventive Maintenance schedule.</p></li><li><p>Execute the scheduled maintenance &amp; calibration of process instrument as per plan &amp; Documentation as per GMP.</p></li><li><p>Planning the jobs, Work Permit and allocation of manpower &amp; contract labor as per the work.</p></li><li><p>Coordinating with the Production team in case of downtime/break down for restoring the equipment’s availability.</p></li><li><p>Spare Parts Managements.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of Project document like P&amp;ID, PFD, instrument data sheet, instrument selection as per process.</p></li><li><p>Responsible for maintaining instrument maintenance history and break down hour in CMMS</p></li><li><p>Basic Knowledge on cGMP document related to engineering.</p></li><li><p>To attend daily breakdown and prepare down analysis data &amp; root Couse analysis of any Breakdown of Instrument.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge and Troubleshooting of Foundation field bus and Conventional type instrument like Temperature, Flow transmitter, Level transmitter, pressure transmitter, Weighing transmitter, analytical instrument like (pH, ORP, Conductivity, TOC), Fire alarm/Gas detection system/Access control system, Control and ON/OFF valve</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of communication protocol like Foundation fieldbus, Profibus, Modbus, ethernet</p></li><li><p>Knowledge in handling, troubleshooting of PLC /DCS/BMS related hardware.</p></li><li><p>Troubleshooting /Configuration/Programming skills of DCS (Preferably Delta V) /SCADA/BMS (Preferable DesigoCC-Siemens), Siemens and Allen Bradley PLC/HMIs</p></li><li><p>Support during Project work and timely complete of shutdown activity</p></li><li><p>Ensure the development and adherence to all production equipment preventative maintenance and Calibration schedules.</p></li><li><p>Contract with outside service providers for various instrument maintenance needs.</p></li><li><p>Maintain the Instrumentation department’s compliance to company safety policies, work instructions, and procedures.</p></li><li><p>Maintain the Instrumentation department’s quality metrics (on time investigation closure, corrective action implementation, on time document updates).</p></li><li><p>Evaluate/improve production maintenance processes to optimize productivity and quality.</p></li><li><p>Monitor MTTR/MTBF and Production lost Hours due to Instrument failures and ensure necessary measures for reduction in Breakdowns</p></li><li><p>20.Support Facility Expansion projects, Implementation of Maintenance strategy programs and other initiatives for Improvement and cost reduction<br /><br /><b>Safety:</b></p></li><li><p>Identification &amp; reporting of Unsafe conditions</p></li><li><p>Conduct Safety Gemba<br /><br /><b><span>Additional/ Preferrable Skills:</span></b></p></li><li><p>Good to have Programming &amp; Troubleshooting skills of siemens &amp; Allen Bradley PLC/HMIs  </p></li><li><p> Good to have working experience/knowledge on different communication protocols (Foundation fieldbus, Ethernet, MODBUS and other communication protocols)</p></li><li><p> Good to have working experience on Computerized maintenance management system or SAP for spares and maintenance management</p></li><li><p>Good to have exposure on implementation Energy reduction measures/Automation &amp; ISO certification on Energy Management</p></li></ul><h2><b>Location:</b></h2>Ferring India Production
