Job Description
The Executive Assistant, Senior Support will provide high level administrative support to the Head of Patient Value & Access, Hematology-Oncology and the broader Patient Value & Access team. Working in a dynamic, global environment, this individual will play an important role in enabling the team to operate effectively across multiple priorities, stakeholders, and geographies.
The role is critical in managing complex schedules, overseeing communications, and ensuring efficient operational workflows. The successful candidate will be highly organized and proactive, with the judgment and ability to anticipate needs, coordinate across a broad network of internal and external stakeholders, and help keep key team activities moving forward.
How you will contribute:
Manage complex schedules and make domestic and international travel arrangements
Handle a high volume of emails and prioritize tasks effectively
Prepare detailed documents and edit for clarity and accuracy
Coordinate team meetings and key activities, including scheduling, logistics, meeting materials, and follow-up
Manage filing systems and retrieve necessary documents swiftly
Analyze data and compile comprehensive reports to support decision-making
Design and maintain specialized databases
Provide assistance and training to lower-level employees
Conduct thorough research to gather critical information
Generate detailed reports and present findings clearly
Manage multiple tasks and projects with high precision and professionalism
Support key administrative processes, including purchase orders, statements of work, contracts, invoices, and coordination with external vendors
Support effective coordination and communication across the Patient Value & Access team and its cross-functional partners
Engage in strategic communications with contacts both within and outside the organization
Anticipate administrative needs and proactively identify solutions that enable the leader and team to operate efficiently
Skills and qualifications:
Proficient in managing complex schedules and making travel arrangements
Skilled in handling a high volume of emails and prioritizing tasks effectively
Experienced in preparing detailed documents and editing for clarity and accuracy
Capable of managing filing systems and retrieving necessary documents swift.
Able to analyze data and compile comprehensive reports to support decision-making
Competent in designing and maintaining specialized databases
Demonstrates leadership in managing and motivating administrative teams
Efficient in processing and responding to various forms of correspondence
Conducts thorough research to gather critical information
Generates detailed reports and presents findings clearly
Designs and delivers impactful presentations
Manages multiple tasks and projects with high precision and professionalism
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across a global and cross-functional organization

U.S. Hourly Wage Range:
$31.15 - $48.97
