Creation and development of the strategic visit and relationship plan with ophthalmologists.</p><p>Planning and execution of the professional plan for distributor‑managed markets.</p><p>Support in the execution of the professional plan for key markets.</p><p></p><p>This position will be responsible for the strategic role of managing relationships with ophthalmologists, with the objective of ensuring patient access to the contact lens category, impacting prescribing ophthalmologists through professional visits, relationships with professional societies, and clinical training programs.</p><p>Planning and execution of the professional plan for distributor‑managed markets: Peru, Uruguay, Paraguay, and Ecuador.</p><p>As part of the Professional Education team, provide support in the execution of the professional plan for key markets: Argentina and Chile.</p><p></p><p>• Optimizing customers and key influencers awareness of the clinical benefits of Johnson & Johnson products throughout our digital platform.</p><p>• Teaching ECPs how to communicate and fit/use new JJVC products, using a benefit driven strategy.</p><p>• Support educational initiatives to increase and improve ECPs’ knowledge and confidence in using our products and technologies</p><p>• Leveraging educational materials and non-peer articles from other regions, developing and realizing publication plan for Latam.</p><p>• Support to drive shaping external environment by the local teams (direct or by distributors) with a robust plan for development and partnership with relevant medical societies and KOLs/speakers (external engagement) across Latam.</p><p></p><p><b>Major Duties & Responsibilities</b></p><p></p><ul><li>Ophthalmologists Plan. Creation and development of the strategic visit and relationship plan with ophthalmologists.</li><li>Visits to ophthalmologists with the objective of developing the contact lens category.</li><li></li><li>Strategic relationship building with professional societies; leadership in participation at congresses, symposiums, and both in‑person and digital educational events.</li><li></li><li>Planning and execution of the professional plan for distributor‑managed markets</li><li>Ensure proper execution of the professional plan with impact on ECPs, students, and KOLs.</li><li>Support in the execution of the professional plan for key markets</li><li>Practical training, Fitting Room sessions, students, ophthalmologists, professional societies, digital environment, and social media.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Other Duties</b></p><p>• To understand the interaction between sales, marketing, professional marketing and HCC.</p><p>• To understand clinical, technical and performance differences between JJVC and JJSV products and key competitor products.</p><p>• To understand the need for the future for new studies, in-market assessment or market research surveys in Latam to generate new regional or local claims and escalate to R&D/GMA.</p><p>• To understand of Regulatory, Legal and Health Care Compliance policies required.</p><p>• Lead/ Support Professional Education & Development team: panel meetings, and training, product launches, etc.</p><p>• Participate in regular dialogue with ECPs designed to help support them and gather their views. </p><p>• Work on shaping the external environment to support the category development opportunities that exist.</p><p>• Key Metrics that will be used to measure success: professional support and contact quality from targeted accounts, increase of knowledge and confidence of ECPs to use J&J products and technologies following educational initiatives, and success of educational projects according to the defined KPIs for each one of them.</p><p></p><p><b>Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</b>:</p><p>(Include any required computer skills, certifications, licenses, languages, etc.)</p><p></p><ul><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of eye care (knowledge of contact lenses and professional support), analytical skills.</li><li>Languages: English</li><li>Intellectual curiosity, analytical skills, strategic insight.</li><li>Integrity, self-awareness, and adaptability.</li><li>Strong emotional intelligence and stakeholder engagement skills.</li><li>Passion for innovation and a drive to make things happen and get them done.</li><li>Proven track record of successful teamwork.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Digital skills, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, AI, Social Media.</li><li><p>Percentage Traveled: 25%</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</b>:</p><ul><li>Experience delivering training.</li><li>Management experience: ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and programs.</li><li>Budget management skills.</li><li>Time management and focus on the key role.</li><li>Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding the technical and clinical claims for the entire product portfolio.</li><li>Collaborate effectively across franchises with key stakeholders.</li><li>Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) for medical businesses and digital education.</li></ul><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p> </p><p><b>Required Skills: </b></p><p> </p><p> </p><p><b>Preferred Skills:</b></p>Business Behavior, Business Savvy, Channel Partner Enablement, Coaching, Goal Attainment, Learning Materials Development, Medical Affairs, Medical Communications, Mobile Learning, Partner Onboarding, Problem Solving, Project Management, Sales Presentations, Technical Credibility, Training Delivery Methods, Training People
