About the job
This position will manage a mega project with >1B€ CAPEX investment over the next years. Currently in design phase and construction starting later this year.
Main responsibilities:
Responsibilities of the E2E Project Control Lead will include to develop and manage a team to deliver:
Deliver the End to End (E2E) IFF Frankfurt Project including the schedule with resource loading
Implementation of Earned Value Measurement tracking tools, float analysis, development of early/late progress curves
Lead the development and management of an accurate cost forecast (spent planned/invoicing with payment terms vs. actual and commitment, planned/placement of PO vs. actual) for the IFF Frankfurt project, End to End
Support the managing, forecasting, reporting and control of the Project Change Management (Engineering and Construction Change Management)
Support the IFF Project Control team for Risk Assessment (manage the risk register) and determination and appropriate use of the Risk and contingency allowances required to complete the project
Manage and support timely preparation of weekly and monthly status reports and Steering committee preparation
About you
Education/ Experience: MSc., BSc., or diploma in Engineering, Accounting or Business Administration with additional Degree in Construction Management as a plus; Significant experience in project control; Demonstrated experience in estimating, cost management, forecasting and progress measurement; Significant experience in contract and risk management
Soft and technical skills: Must have experience and strong analytical skills for cost estimating, cash flow and forecasting, change order and value analysis; Rigorous and analytical, enhanced problem-solving skills; Collaborate effectively with peers, stakeholders, partners across the organization to positively impact project results; Act for innovation, initiating new and improved ways of working; Develop teams in anticipation of future project needs
Languages: fluency in german and english (project language), additional languages welcome

The salary range for this position is :€88.800,00 - €133.200,00Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
