Job Title: District Leader, Personal Health Korea
Region: Seoul, Korea(서울 중구)
Role Summary:
Full P&L ownership for Philips' Personal Health business in Korea, with accountability for driving sustainable commercial growth across sales, volume, and revenue.
Responsible for building the organizational capability, structure, and processes needed to consistently achieve business objectives in a highly dynamic and fast-evolving market environment.
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
- Championing the voice of the consumer and managing a holistic customer experience in the country across the product portfolio.
- The implementation of the country sales and distribution strategy. Input into the Sales Plan, including sales forecasts and AOP.
- Contribute actively to the development of new business models and new channels.
- Developing clear and achievable strategies, objectives and tactical plans for the country based on Key account management, customer centricity, segmentation, customer needs and market conditions.
- Developing and driving credibility and long-term relationship with the customers in the assigned area, to fulfill long-term sales objectives.
- Develop and maintain excellent communication links and relationship with top customers and the key decision makers in the district.
- Based on the Personal Health Zone implements the 24-month rolling Integrated Marketing Plan.
- A&P management in line with P&L requirements based on AOP / ROFO / LV basis.
- People management & coaching of Sales & Marketing teams in country.
- Drives demand generation and ensures that business performance is being delivered according to KPIs such as yearly sales, market shares, Integral Gross Margin (IGM) through price realization in markets, A&P, Integral Sales Margin (ISM) and marketing ROI.
- In collaboration with JAPAC MI&A, responsible for validation of the local insights and source of business – Provide business with local insights about market, competition and trends.
- Marketing Performance Optimization and drives continuous improvements applying LEAN.
- Daily demonstration of the highest level of Philips Leadership competencies and Philips behaviors.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience as an integrator in a dynamic market and /or matrix organization.
- Experience with P&L management incl. revenue and margin management.
- Significant experience in omni channel marketing & e-commerce.
- Customer Focused & Results Driven.
- Marketing channel mix strategies (on-line and offline).
- Experience with leading a cross functional / multi-cultural team.
- Complex Problem – solving skills.
- Proven team leader.
