The Opportunity
We are looking for a Dispensing Technician to join our high‑performing manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately weighing, measuring, and dispensing raw materials used in production, ensuring full compliance with safety, quality, and GMP standards. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a structured environment, and takes pride in precision and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
Weigh, measure, and dispense materials according to batch documentation and SOPs.
Prepare and label materials for manufacturing in line with GMP guidelines.
Operate dispensing equipment, scales, and automated systems safely and accurately.
Complete all documentation (batch records, logbooks, data entries) with 100% accuracy.
Maintain a clean and compliant dispensing environment, including housekeeping and 5S duties.
Adhere to all quality, safety, and environmental standards while handling raw materials.
Support inventory control through material reconciliation and stock checks.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and problem‑solving activities.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth production flow.
Skills & Experience Required
Previous experience in a GMP, pharmaceutical, medical device, or food manufacturing environment is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and measurements.
Ability to follow detailed procedures and work in a regulated environment.
Good communication skills and a collaborative approach.
Comfortable wearing PPE and working in controlled environments (e.g., cleanrooms, dispensing booths).
Basic computer literacy (GMP data entry, electronic records).
Qualifications
Leaving Certificate or equivalent required.
A technical/certificate-level qualification in science, engineering, or manufacturing is a plus.
