<p><b>About This Role</b></p><p></p><p>We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of U.S. Market Access Marketing to lead the evolution and execution of the U.S. market access activities for our Specialty Portfolio in Multiple Sclerosis. This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving comprehensive access strategies, payer engagement, and cross-functional alignment to ensure successful, timely product growth.</p><p></p><p><b>What You’ll Do</b> </p><p><br />• Evolve access strategies for products in a highly competitive access landscape<br />• Deliver impactful value propositions, messaging, and promotional materials (both branded and unbranded) tailored to key customer segments (e.g., payers, IDNs, GPOs)<br />• Champion pull-through activities to ensure access is being optimized at the territory level<br />• Lead pricing and contracting strategies for payers and providers, ensuring market competitiveness and optimal access<br />• Execute strategies for buy-and-bill environments, including physician-administered settings<br />• Partner with medical and HEOR to support the development of evidence generation plans aligned with payer needs<br />• Drive competitive intelligence activities to inform access strategies and positioning<br />• Monitor evolving reimbursement and policy landscapes and integrate insights into access strategies<br />• Drive cross-functional collaboration across global value and access and several U.S. teams including pricing, HEOR, trade & distribution, field access, medical regulatory, legal, training, and commercial brand marketing/sales/ reimbursement teams<br />• Coach and develop future market access marketing talent</p><p></p><p><b>Who You Are </b><br />The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in payer marketing, pricing, trade & distribution, and buy-and-bill models, with a proven ability to drive results through collaboration and broad commercial strategic thinking. A strong background in market access consulting is also applicable. This role requires a hands-on leader who can operate both strategically and tactically to deliver impact across the full market access spectrum.
