Position Summary:
A strong, hands‑on marketer and people leader with a proven track record of shaping and executing insight‑driven HCP marketing strategies for launch‑stage or complex specialty brands. Admilparant is a foundational asset for BMS in pulmonology, and this is a central leadership role in preparing the US market for a successful launch in IPF and PPF.
The Director of US HCP Marketing will shape and own the translation of HCP strategy into executable launch plans, leading key commercial initiatives from concept development through operational readiness and execution. This role requires close collaboration with partners across Sales, Training, Medical, Market Access, Launch Excellence, CASA, and Global Commercial, and will be critical to ensuring that all HCP initiatives and tactics are ready, aligned, and deployable at launch.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and deliver the US Admilparant HCP marketing strategy that prepares the brand for a successful launch in IPF and PPF,
Translating strategy to execution, build HCP launch blueprint for IPF and PPF (launch timelines, deliverables, cross-functional dependencies and executional milestones), ensuring readiness across messaging, channels, and field enablement
Effectively analyze customer, market, and competitive insights to assess and identify prioritized business opportunity for IPF and PPF, ensuring appropriately aligned actionable tactics that support launch and early uptake.
Partner closely with Medical Affairs and MLR Advisors to develop launch messaging platform and promotional materials
In collaboration with Market Access and Patient Services, develop and implement comprehensive access strategy and messaging that is aligned to and supports the US admilparant launch plan
Lead brand efforts to optimize HCP engagement across personal and non‑personal channels, working closely with Omnichannel and CASA partners to refine marketing mix and channel selection.
Partner closely with Patient Marketing team to drive a consistent brand identity and presence
Establish strong, collaborative partnerships with Sales and Training teams to ensure effective pull‑through of HCP strategy into the field, including launch messaging, tools, and executional readiness.
Serve as the primary day‑to‑day lead for HCP agency partners, providing clear direction, feedback, and accountability to ensure rigor in marketing excellence, timelines, and quality of output.
Support launch readiness reporting, performance tracking, and risk identification, escalating issues and driving course correction to ensure on‑time and high‑quality execution.
Partner closely with Global Commercial team on key strategic deliverables, including positioning, messaging architecture, brand campaign, providing US insights and perspective to ensure seamless global to local execution
Contribute to the development of a high‑performing HCP marketing team, coaching and developing Associate Directors and other team members while reinforcing strong executional standard
KeyQualifications and Experience:
BS/BA degree required
6–8+ years of pharmaceutical experience, with a minimum of 5 years in marketing
Previous HCP marketing experience with demonstrated experience in insight mining, message development and marketing analytics, implementing opportunities within brand strategy and driving through execution
Demonstrated experience leading launch brands; prior pulmonology/rare disease experience a plus
Demonstrated ability to plan, implement and connect interrelated activities across the matrix to deliver impactful results. The ability to formulate a winning launch strategy and engage necessary stakeholders to develop a comprehensive plan of action will be critical
Experience translating complex scientific data into clear HCP messaging and promotional execution
Prior people‑leadership experience with a track record of developing talent and building high-performing teams
Strong ability to effectively drive performance within a matrix organization, with exceptional organizational, interpersonal communication skills and executive presence
Competencies include Strategic Brand Planning, Access and Reimbursement, Influencing and Negotiating skills, Market Analytics, Market, Customer and Competitive Insights, Brand and Positioning Management and Decision-Making Skills
This role reports into the Executive Director, HCP Marketing Admilparant
This position is based in Princeton, NJ and requires up to 25% travel

Compensation Overview:
The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee’s work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.

Paid Time Off
US Exempt Employees: flexible time off (unlimited, with manager approval, 11 paid national holidays (not applicable to employees in Phoenix, AZ, Puerto Rico or Rayzebio employees)
Phoenix, AZ, Puerto Rico and Rayzebio Exempt, Non-Exempt, Hourly Employees: 160 hours annual paid vacation for new hires with manager approval, 11 national holidays, and 3 optional holidays
Based on eligibility*, additional time off for employees may include unlimited paid sick time, up to 2 paid volunteer days per year, summer hours flexibility, leaves of absence for medical, personal, parental, caregiver, bereavement, and military needs and an annual Global Shutdown between Christmas and New Years Day.
All global employees full and part-time who are actively employed at and paid directly by BMS at the end of the calendar year are eligible to take advantage of the Global Shutdown.
*Eligibility Disclosure: The summer hours program is for United States (U.S.) office-based employees due to the unique nature of their work. Summer hours are generally not available for field sales and manufacturing operations and may also be limited for the capability centers. Employees in remote-by-design or lab-based roles may be eligible for summer hours, depending on the nature of their work, and should discuss eligibility with their manager. Employees covered under a collective bargaining agreement should consult that document to determine if they are eligible. Contractors, leased workers and other service providers are not eligible to participate in the program.
