Introduction to role:
Are you prepared to lead engineering for platforms that power our business and healthcare applications? You will turn strategy into secure, scalable products that make a tangible difference. Do you grow with shaping roadmaps, building high-performing teams, and delivering technology that stands up in the moments that matter?
As Director - Lead Product Engineering, you will guide end-to-end product delivery for solutions used by colleagues and patients across the globe. Your leadership will set the pace for engineering excellence and secure-by-design execution across multiple platforms. Partnering closely with business and technology collaborators, you will translate sophisticated needs into a clear strategy, resilient products, and measurable value accelerating how we serve some of the most under-served patient communities.
When we put unexpected teams in the same room, we fuel ambitious thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines. In-person working gives us the platform we need to connect, work at pace and challenge perceptions. That's why we work, on average, a minimum of three days per week from the office. But that doesn't mean we're not flexible. We balance the expectation of being in the office while respecting individual flexibility. Join us in our unique and bold world.
Here, purpose drives technology. You will work with passionate, diverse teams who pair kindness with ambition, bringing together different perspectives to fuel new insights that matter for patients living with sophisticated, often under-served conditions. We combine the energy of entrepreneurial problem solving with the resources of a global biopharma, creating room to build innovative platforms and learn at pace. Your leadership will directly influence how we connect to patients lived experiences, turning bold thinking into systems that move care forward every day.
