IBRANCE changed the treatment paradigm for metastatic breast cancer when it launched in 2015. As the brand approaches loss of exclusivity (LOE), this role owns its omnichannel and HCP marketing engine through the LOE timeframe and then carries that same omnichannel discipline forward to stand up NPP and digital execution for the Oncology Business Unit's next wave of breast cancer launches.

This is a role for a marketing leader who thrives on solving complex problems in a competitive market and wants both halves of the brand lifecycle; defending an in-line asset through the tape, and building the omnichannel foundation a new set of launches will be built on. This individual must be able to excel in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, make immediate business impact, think outside the box, and actively contribute to a positive team culture.

This role will focus on non-personal promotion (NPP), owning IBRANCE's nonpromotional strategy and digital/omnichannel execution (paid search, organic search, paid social, web analytics, search AI, media strategy, programmatic planning, etc.). As IBRANCE approaches LOE, the role will transition into a forward-looking role supporting NPP launch activities for Prifetrastat, a new asset entering the Oncology Business Unit's portfolio.

The role requires strong strategic and analytical thinking, clear communication, lateral leadership, sharp project management, and a track record of delivering on a large matrix team while operating in ambiguity. Expect significant collaboration with US Commercial, Legal, Medical, Regulatory, Sales, Global, Operations, and Market Access. Reports to the US IBRANCE / BC Pipeline Brand Lead. The BC team is a large, dynamic team with significant opportunity, so responsibilities may shift over time based on business needs and individual interest.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Omnichannel & HCP Marketing Leadership (IBRANCE)

• Media & Agency Operations: direct ownership of the specialized workstreams now in-housed by CMO (paid search, organic, paid social, web analytics, search AI, programmatic). Work closely with data science to monitor KPIs and overall brand performance, redefining media measurement approaches as needed

• Expanded Media & Digital Strategy: end-to-end annual media planning and quarterly performance read-outs

• Platform & Channel Troubleshooting: platform-level shifts (e.g., Meta format/compliance changes) and new channel launches

• Creative Asset Development: directing agency (CoLab) creative work across social, banner, video, and web

• HCP Accelerator Change Champion: Lead transformation in audience targeting and engagement across omnichannel platforms, including retargeting capabilities

• Influencer Ad Board Contributor: Provide strategic input on influencer standardization and champion HCP influencer integration across therapeutic areas

• Lead LOE DAW Execution Support: Partner with brand and cross-functional leadership to drive planning and execution of IBRANCE's Dispense as written strategy as it approaches

Next-Gen Launch Omnichannel Foundation (Beginning ahead of IBRANCE LOE)

As IBRANCE nears LOE, this role increasingly turns its omnichannel expertise toward the next launches:

• Own NPP and digital/omnichannel execution planning for Prifetrastat as it moves toward launch
• Build the audience targeting, retargeting, and channel-mix architecture the launch teams will activate at approval
• Partner to route lab-alert and testing-activity signals into the HCP Accelerator, sharpening NPP targeting and omnichannel engagement from day one of launch
• Apply the KOL engagement and omnichannel playbook built during the IBRANCE chapter of this role to stand up HCP-facing engagement infrastructure for each new asset

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, and oversee and guide the work of colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.

• Minimum of 7+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience with a BA/BA or 8+ years with MS/MBA
• Experience developing innovative and integrated digital omnichannel strategies, with tactics that communicate brand messages effectively and consistently across the provider journey
• Comfort operating in ambiguity, with the ability to build a new workstream (e.g., a landscape scan) from the ground up in the absence of an established playbook
• Strong team player with demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate with experts across a wide range of cross-functional areas, including Medical and Diagnostics partners
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to work independently, lead multiple projects simultaneously, and manage against a work plan
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate leadership among peers and internal stakeholders

• BA/BS degree required; MBA/Masters preferred

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Oncology experience preferred
• Prior in-line and launch marketing experience preferred
• Experience with agency management, media measurement transformation, or omnichannel platform build-outs (e.g., HCP Accelerator-type capabilities) a plus

Ability to travel domestically based on business needs

Travel up to 10–15% based on business needs.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $162,900.00 to $271,500.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
