<p><b>Key Responsibilities</b><br />Develop and implement departmental goals in alignment with company and R&amp;D strategy, driving scientific and operational excellence.<br />Provide strategic and technical guidance in translational medicine research, flow cytometry assay development, ddPCR, and all related Bio-analytical platforms.<br />Plan and manage departmental budgets, ensuring efficient resource utilization and effective execution of R&amp;D projects.<br />Lead translational research, clinical sample management and testing, and assay transfer/development/validation activities, ensuring high-quality and timely data/project delivery.
