Upgrade to Pro — $25/mo· Lead “connected plant” digital and AI maturity gap assessment and partner with IT Manufacturing team to deploy technology roadmaps for GE HealthCare plants.
· Functional ownership of enterprise Manufacturing IT tools
· Partner with IT Manufacturing team to drive Industry 4.0 solutions and provide hands-on implementation of enterprise tools that drive AI-enabled modernization.
· Build & manage the integrated Digital Factory program plan, ensure strong project execution rigor and value tracking for every digital/automation project.
· Enable MVP, design iteration, site pilot launches of standardized Unified Analytics for SQDC driving AI insights across plants.
· Drive segment roadmaps (Imaging, AVS, PCS, PDx) ensuring a consistent path to value (scrap, labor, OEE).
1. Bachelor’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
2. 8+ years leading digital transformation programs in manufacturing
3. Hands-on experience executing Industry 4.0 projects
4. Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale projects standardizing and scaling digital platforms or automation building blocks across multiple factories.
5. Strong cross-functional leadership working with Engineering, Manufacturing Sites, AME, Quality, IT, and Finance in a value centered operating cadence.
6. Demonstrated strong communication skills (written and verbal) to all levels of the organization
7. Demonstrated strategic thinker; strong influencing skills; resourceful and inclusive.
8. Ability to influence senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and technical stakeholders.
9. Skilled in driving alignment across business units.
1. Hands on experience with IoT connectivity (OPC UA/MQTT), shop floor data integration, edge/vision, and modern cloud data stacks for manufacturing analytics.
2. Track record enabling AI in plants (computer vision, ML for yield prediction, scheduling optimization) and partnering with central data/AI teams.
3. FDA regulated manufacturing experience (medical/regulated quality systems).
4. Master’s degree preferred.
