Digital Cx Expert

職務目的:
Digital Cx Expertは、主要ブランドのデジタルエンゲージメントを推進する上で重要な役割を果たします。本ポジションは、戦略的目標に沿ったHCPを中心に置いたデジタルマーケティングに取り組み、データに基づいたインサイトを活用して、HCPとのデジタルでの接点を継続的に改善します。これにより、HCPのニーズやビジネスの優先事項の変化に対応したデジタルプレゼンスの進化を実現します。

主な業務内容:
•    ビジネス目標およびHCPニーズに一致するデジタルブランド戦略の策定と実行
•    自社メディアチャネルを使いやすくしてエンゲージメントを最適化し、顧客体験を向上させる
•    マーケティングがデジタル戦略を構築するためのサポートを行う
•    デジタル戦略を継続的に推進していくために、複数のステークホルダーとのコミュニケーションを主導し、調整する
•    クロスファンクショナルチームと協力し、デジタル活動のガバナンスおよび戦略的整合性を確保する
•    各種データを分析し、データに基づくインサイトを活用してHCPとのエンゲージメントを向上させる
•    HCP向けWebプラットフォーム（GSKpro）のユーザーインターフェイス／ユーザーエクスペリエンス戦略の立案および実行
•    GSKproウェブサイト会員管理
•    デジタル業務アプリケーションの開発・管理
•    営業向けAIツールのデータ分析、Promptの作成

必要な条件Basic Qualification

スキル Skills

• 社内外の関係者と円滑に業務を進めるための高い対人コミュニケーション能力
• 問題解決力およびクリティカルシンキング能力
• SQL などのデータベース操作言語を用いて、データの抽出・加工ができる
• HTML、JavaScript などを用いた Web コンテンツの構造や動作に関して理解できる
• AIを含む基本的なデータ分析・データの操作
• Web、オンラインマーケティングの基本的な知識（Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, アクセス解析）
• Salesforce Marketing Cloudなどのシステムによるメール配信業務ができる
• システム障害対応能力
• システムセキュリティに関する基礎知識

経験 Experience

• マーケティングおよび/または営業経験
• オムニチャネル/デジタルマーケティングの実務経験
• ウェブサイトにおける会員管理業務の実務経験
• 会員データの管理・運用、および会員データ調査を伴う顧客問い合わせ対応の経験
• SQLまたはそれに類するデータベース操作言語を用いたデータ抽出・分析の経験
• 業務アプリケーションの開発または導入に関与した経験（Web UIの設計、APIを利用したシステム構築、ユーザー視点での要件定義およびUATの実施 等）
• システム開発に関する契約締結・ベンダーコントロールの経験

学位/資格/語学力 Education/certification/Language

• 学士号取得者
• 流暢レベルの日本語力
• ビジネスレベルの英語力

望ましい条件 Preferred Qualification

スキル Skills

• 個人データを取り扱ううえで必要となる日本およびグローバルの関連法令（GDPR、個人情報保護法、特定電子メール法 等）に対する理解
• 上記法令を踏まえた施策の企画・実行、ならびに業務プロセスの構築・運用経験

経験 Experience

• 3年以上のマーケティングおよび/または営業経験
• 英語話者の技術者（開発ベンダー、海外チーム等）との協業経験
• プロジェクトマネジメントの経験（WBS作成、工数・予算管理 等）

学位/資格/語学力 Education/certification/Language

• TOEIC 850点以上
