Role Objectives:
Manage operations and performance monitoring for all Global Medical content dissemination channels
Analyze channel and content data to identify areas of high and low engagement and identify improvement opportunities for both content and dissemination strategy
Key Responsibilities:
Channel Operations
Coordinate the setup, publication and availability of approved Medical content across designated channels and platforms
Maintain the dissemination calendar, asset status, links, metadata and channel-readiness information
Coordinate operational issues and dependencies with content owners, digital and technology teams and external partners
Analytics & Insights
Consolidate channel and content-performance data into recurring dashboards and reports
Analyze reach, engagement, reuse, format, timing and channel performance to identify meaningful trends
Translate findings into clear recommendations on content, channel mix, timing and user experience for Medical teams
Governance & Improvement
Ensure channel operations follow approved non-promotional content, privacy, consent and local requirements
Support testing and implementation of approved channel or measurement improvements and track the resulting performance
Maintain common measurement definitions and track actions arising from performance reviews
Qualifications:
Experience: More than 6 years of related experience; more than 8 years in the biopharmaceutical industry; experience in Medical digital channels, omnichannel operations, content analytics, digital engagement or performance reporting preferred
Technical skills:
Working knowledge of Medical omnichannel and digital content dissemination operations
Experience developing dashboards, analyzing engagement data and presenting actionable insights
Familiarity with content-management, digital asset and channel-delivery platforms
Ability to translate content and channel-performance data into practical recommendations
Understanding of non-promotional Medical communication, privacy, and local-market requirements
Education: A Medical, scientific, life sciences, analytics, digital communications, business or related degree is required
Languages: Fluent English required; additional languages advantageous
