We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to work in our Buenos Aires (Vicente Lopez) office. As a Desktop Support Technician, you'll be responsible for laptop configuration, deployment and desktop support. You will join a dedicated IT team that supports the backbone of clinical research operations. You'll provide critical first-level technical support to our clinical research professionals, ensuring they have the tools and systems they need to advance groundbreaking clinical trials. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your technical skills while making a meaningful impact on healthcare innovation.
