The Customer Experience Associate role offers a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure across the IVS division while supporting key initiatives in medical education, consultant engagement, and professional society partnerships. The position will help coordinate educational programs, manage consultant relationships and contracting activities, and support industry events such as trade shows, workshops, cadaver labs, and symposiums. Working closely with cross-functional partners including marketing, sales, compliance, legal, and R&D teams, the associate will play an important role in delivering a seamless customer experience.
Build and maintain effective relationships across sales, marketing, Medical Education, Customer Experience, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
Demonstrate strong product, procedural, and competitive landscape knowledge to support business and customer engagement objectives.
Develop and enhance educational content and programs by leveraging healthcare professional (HCP) insights, customer feedback, and cross-functional collaboration.
Coordinate and support for Medical Education programs, including logistics, content delivery, trade show support, and exhibit management.
Apply expertise in Medical Education and Customer Experience strategies to provide input on workstreams, adapt programs to customer needs, and drive program effectiveness.
Define, track, and evaluate key performance metrics to measure program success and identify opportunities for improvement.
Support the consultant network, including maintaining consultant relationships, SharePoint sites, dashboards, invoices, applications, and accurate consultant profile information.

Preferred
• Medical device or healthcare industry experience
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
