职位描述：

商业领导力管理培训生项目（CLP），创立于2002年，是一个为期两年的轮岗项目，旨在为公司培养未来的商业领袖。CLP包含一个预轮岗以及两个为期各一年的，在销售、产品销售等跨越不同职能、不同地区的颇具挑战的轮岗，同时提供涵盖领导力、销售、市场、产品等方面的诸多培训课程。通过轮岗和培训，项目成员能够全面了解产品、行业和客户，并不断提升销售、产品销售方面的技能，全方位锻炼领导力，为走上一线销售岗位，以及长远职业发展奠定坚实的基础。

项目特色：

• 多样化和定制化的培养方案：每一位CLP同学都会有一个既定的培养目标。培养方案将以此目标为基础，结合业务部门实际需求来安排，确保每个轮岗既贴合业务实际面临的挑战，又带给CLP足够的成长空间，职场小白也能快速成长；

任职要求：

• 2026至2027年7月毕业的海内外毕业生或工作1年内的同学均可申请（可提前实习的同学优先考虑）；
• 本科及以上学历，专业不限，临床医学、生物医学工程、医学影像专业、商科等相关专业优先；
• 对医疗行业有基本的了解，对商务（销售）工作充满兴趣，勇于接受挑战、承担压力，踏实肯干，结果导向； 
• 内驱力强，渴望卓越，具备领导力潜质；
• 较强的沟通能力和团队协作能力，善于倾听与理解他人；
• 较强的逻辑思维和分析能力；
• 优秀的中英文表达能力。
