Job Description

核心职责： 

1. 重点负责电子手册的全流程管理，包括电子手册的申请、更新、核销及管理； 

2. 监控电子手册项下进出口额度平衡情况，补税，核对报关及收货数据，并及时在系统中更新,负责保税物料管理； 

3. 维护数字化系统，按月完成内销等等相关工作，审阅电子手册差异及关联风险； 

4.每年组织海关的保税盘点工作，比如开盘点会议，对内跟各部门做盘点前的沟通准备 ，对外跟审计事务所对接，最终确保审计报告跟账册核销数据匹配

5. 协助区域运营落实各项贸易合规项目，包括保税生产项目及电子手册部署工作； 

6. 在GE医疗海关新要求交付模式下，建立电子账册的有效管理模式。 

任职资格/要求： 

1. 本科及以上学历，物流、国际贸易、财务/会计等相关专业；具备法规、贸易金融或供应链领域硕士及以上学历者优先； 

2. 至少5年保税生产和/或贸易合规相关工作经验； 

3. 熟悉《协调制度》（HS编码）、海关估价、原产地判定、海关及国际通关流程、供应链安全项目、亚太地区出口管制、美国出口及再出口管制规定； 

4. 具备跨职能流程与制度建设经验； 

5. 出色的组织协调能力、优先级管理能力及规划能力； 

6. 卓越的沟通与人际交往能力，可与各层级专业人员高效交流，并在团队环境中有效协作； 

7. 具备扎实的问题解决与决策能力； 

8. 具备良好的英语听说读写能力； 

9. 熟练掌握办公软件，如Word、Excel（电子表格）、PowerPoint、Access及Visio。
