Við leitum að reynslumiklum bókara með jákvætt hugarfar til að ganga til liðs við fjármálateymi Alvotech. Bókarinn mun starfa náið með öðrum bókurum innan deildarinnar ásamt því að vinna þvert á aðrar starfseiningar fyrirtækisins. Alvotech sér um bókhald fyrir félög Alvotech víðs vegar um heiminn, m.a. á Íslandi, í Þýskalandi, Sviss, Svíþjóð, Bandaríkjunum, Indlandi og Möltu. Þetta er frábært tækifæri til að öðlast þekkingu í alþjóðlegu fyrirtækjaumhverfi.

We are looking for an experienced accountant with a positive mindset to be part of Alvotech finance team. The accountant will be working closely with other accountants within the department along with other cross functions in the company. Alvotech handles accounting for Alvotech entities around the world e.g. Iceland, Germany, Switzerland, Sweden, US, India, Malta. This is a great opportunity to gain knowledge in an international corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post and process invoices

• Post General Ledgers

• Perform AP and GL reconciliations.

• Prepare VAT reports and financial reports.

• Post credit cards and cash expenses

• Perform other ad hoc accounting tasks as required.
   

Qualifications:

• Very good accounting experience.

• Suitable education.

• Knowledge of SAP ERP system is a benefit.

• Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.

• Independent and accurate.

• Good communication skills.

• Excellent English.

• Experienced in Excel.
