Our approach to R&D
We are looking for a Biosampling Project Leader to provide strategic and operational leadership of biosampling activities across assigned projects. In this role, you will be accountable for end-to-end biosample strategy, delivery, quality, and compliance, working closely with cross‑functional partners and external vendors to support clinical development objectives.
Define and lead biosampling strategies for assigned projects and studies, ensuring alignment with scientific and therapeutic objectives.
Provide oversight of biosampling study set‑up and execution, including third‑party laboratories and vendors.
Ensure compliance with GxP, ICH/GCP, SOPs, and ethical standards, maintaining inspection readiness.
Proactively identify and manage operational risks, implementing mitigation actions as required.
Oversee biosampling budgets, forecasting and cost management in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Act as a point of escalation for biosampling and laboratory-related operational issues, driving timely resolution.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals
Bachelor’s degree in a science or health-related discipline.
Proven experience in clinical trial biosample/specimen management, including laboratory and vendor oversight.
Strong understanding of clinical development processes, GxP, and global regulatory requirements.
Experience managing external vendors, budgets, and contracts.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a global, matrix environment.
English Proficiency
Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) or equivalent experience.
Experience with biomarker, bioanalytical and/or in vitro diagnostic (IVD) development.
Knowledge of global sample analysis and sample exportation requirements.
Experience mentoring others or contributing to process improvement initiatives.

This role is hybrid. You will work partly on-site in Poland and partly remotely, as agreed with your line manager. The role requires regular collaboration with local and global colleagues and may require flexible hours.
