- トレーナー業務：各種製品/疾患研修、スキル研修、新人研修(製品)、中途入社/復帰者/異動者研修
- 研修の企画・立案・準備：課題の抽出、ステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション、スケジュール管理、コンテンツ作成
- 研修の実施：インストラクション、結果分析、フォローアップ
