At BridgeBio, we value curiosity and experimentation—including the ethical & thoughtful use of AI to improve clarity, speed, and quality of work.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></p></div><h3><u>What You'll Do</u></h3> <p>The Associate Medical Director, Endocrinology - is a medical and scientific leadership role within United States Medical Affairs that supports development and execution of the Medical Affairs strategy for encaleret across clinical development programs, including autosomal dominant hypocalcemia type 1 (ADH1) and chronic hypoparathyroidism, with focus on launch readiness and lifecycle planning grounded in scientific rigor and patient focused decision making.</p> <p>This position partners across Clinical Development, Scientific Communications, Congress Operations, Regulatory, Commercial, Patient Advocacy, and Field Medical to support trial execution, data disclosure and publication planning, peer to peer scientific exchange, and coordinated congress strategy and materials. The Associate Medical Director also supports strategic external relationships with investigators, key opinion leaders, and other stakeholders and co-leads advisory boards and expert panels to inform Medical Affairs programs and priorities.</p> <h3><u>Responsibilities</u></h3> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 14px;">Support development and execution of the United States Medical Affairs strategy for encaleret in ADH1 and chronic hypoparathyroidism, including launch readiness and lifecycle planning with scientific rigor and patient focused decision making</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 14px;">Support integrated evidence generation planning and execution, including real world evidence, Phase 4 studies, registries, investigator-initiated research support, and data integration activities</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 14px;">Support omnichannel HCP engagement by enabling field and digital scientific exchange, gathering insights, and translating themes into Medical Affairs programs and tactics</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 14px;">Support strategic relationships with key opinion leaders, investigators, and external stakeholders across endocrinology, nephrology, and related specialties, and co-lead advisory boards and expert panels</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 14px;">Partner with Clinical Development to support ongoing and planned clinical trials and contribute to data disclosure and publication planning with Scientific Communications</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 14px;">Support peer to peer scientific exchange and external education programs, including congress and clinical meeting preparation and scientific materials development</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 14px;">Partner with Congress Operations and Scientific Communications to define congress strategy, align scientific narratives and data priorities, and deliver coordinated pre congress, onsite, and post congress medical plans</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 14px;">Ability to travel up to ~40% for scientific meetings, advisory boards, and internal engagements</span></li> </ul> <h3><u>Where You'll Work</u></h3> <p>This is a U.S.-based remote role that will require quarterly, or as needed visits to our San Francisco Office. </p> <h3><u>Who You Are</u></h3> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 14px;">MD, DO, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent advanced scientific or clinical degree</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 14px;">4+ years of experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, or related roles within the biopharmaceutical industry and/or academic medicine</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 14px;">Field Medical Affairs experience and field insight generation, is a plus</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 14px;">Demonstrated experience supporting late-stage development, launch preparation, and post-marketing medical activities</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 14px;">Strong scientific and clinical acumen with the ability to translate complex data into clear medical insights</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 14px;">Proven leadership and influence in cross-functional, matrixed environments</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 14px;">Excellent written and verbal communication skills</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 14px;">Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements impacting Medical Affairs and field activities</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 14px;">Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving organization</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 14px;">Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="color: rgb(246, 235, 219);" data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">#LI-SS1</span></p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><div> <div>At BridgeBio, we strive to provide a market-competitive total rewards package, including base pay, an annual performance bonus, company equity, and generous health benefits.
