As the Associate Marketing Director - Digital and Consumer Connections, you will drive digital transformation for Abbott Nutrition Philippines through developing profound understanding of the digital consumer journey and leveraging digital touchpoints to deliver incremental reach, higher traffic and conversion to e-commerce, and enhanced CRM registration and engagement. You will oversee the development and execution of annual activation and CRM plans across all brands with clear KPIs, create and oversee end-to-end consumer journeys to maximize consumer lifetime value, and lead the tracking and analysis of performance to ensure objectives are achieved.
• Guide brand teams in the development and execution of best-in-class digital campaigns with clear linkage to e-commerce and CRM to complete the consumer journey and achieve or exceed agreed KPIs and ROI targets.
• Identify the right partners and agencies for digital and mobile-first content, community management, content strategy, digital influencer and KOL management, with the ability to penetrate dark social and closed group communities.
• Own the management of ANI digital channels, including websites, Facebook, YouTube, Viber, WhatsApp, and e-store platforms.
• Guide and direct brand marketing teams and partner agencies to execute digital campaigns that deliver against brand objectives while ensuring compliance with ANI and local regulatory policies.
• Monitor and analyze digital KPIs and competitive activity to recommend corrective actions and identify opportunities for increased performance.
• Build marketing team digital capabilities to accelerate digital transformation across the organization.
• Act as an active member of the marketing team for overall business planning and decision-making.
• Develop annual direct-to-consumer engagement plans aligned with brand objectives, focusing on consumer acquisition, validation, retention, and lifetime value enhancement across all brands.
• Drive industry best practices in CRM strategy and recommend changes to remain market competitive.
• Oversee call center operations, staffing requirements, technologies, and engagement models tailored to different consumer segments.
• Work with and implement capabilities within Salesforce platforms (SFDC and SFMC), including direct-to-consumer and marketing cloud functionalities.
• Develop frameworks and dashboards to measure, analyze, and report performance, continuously optimizing acquisition and retention investments.
• Partner with brand marketing teams to develop consumer segmentation strategies and targeted campaigns.
• Build and manage relationships with external agencies, key retail partners, and database partners to drive recruitment and retention initiatives.
• Lead the S&OP process for consumer inquiries and complaint management.
• Assess competitive strategies and market insights to maximize CRM program effectiveness.
• Manage and control the CRM budget with rigorous tracking and prioritization to deliver business plan commitments.
• Collaborate effectively with executive leadership, area and central teams, regulatory bodies, agencies, customers, vendors, and suppliers.
• Bachelor’s Degree. MBA is an added advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, preferably with prior experience in both CRM and digital marketing.
• Experience with Salesforce platforms is a plus.
• Experience managing agencies and multifunctional teams is required.
• Proven track record in digital marketing and digital sales capability.
• Strong leadership with demonstrated financial, analytical, and organizational management skills.
• Expertise in database marketing, CRM, data analytics, and segmentation.
• P&L responsibility experience.
