General Description:
The Associate Manager, Regional Business & Operations Support provides regional enablement and business operations support to GCO JAPAC. This role operates as a regional coordination and support function—supporting day-to-day business rhythm, regional metrics and reporting, leadership meeting materials, cross-country follow-through, and process standardization. The position supports the wide JAPAC Clinical Operations leadership and country teams to improve visibility, discipline, and consistency across regional priorities, while also providing operational support to regional feasibility and clinical trial planning by compiling country-level inputs, maintaining trackers, and assisting with basic analysis of site and patient data across JAPAC.
Essential Functions of the job:
This role is expected to combine strong organizational execution with data/metrics discipline, communication support (especially PowerPoint narrative), and stakeholder coordination across multiple countries/time zones. Responsibilities will be assigned based on evolving regional needs and priorities.
Responsibilities:
Presentation Development & Leadership Narrative Support
Analysis, Reporting, and Decision Support
Process Improvement, Standardization & Operational Discipline
Metrics, KPI Tracking, and Performance/Action Visibility
Provide communication support and other regional‑level administrative and operational support as required, ensuring effective coordination, information flow, and alignment across the JAPAC region.

Qualification Required:
Education Required:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or higher in a scientific, medical, or healthcare discipline* with minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical operations or strategic planning within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry; regional experience in JAPAC preferred
Computer Skills:
Other Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills across levels and cultures; able to synthesize inputs into clear outputs.
