Associate Director, Provider Master Data Management will be responsible for overseeing the management and maintenance of provider master data within the organization. This role involves ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of provider data across various systems and platforms. The Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data management strategies, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the provider master data team and oversee daily operations with strategic focus.
• Own product roadmap and ensure alignment with IDS sleeve needs for patient mastering.
• Develop and implement robust data management strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure provider data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve data-related challenges and drive improvements.
• Monitor data quality and implement corrective measures to enhance accuracy.
• Manage seamless data integration and flow between internal and external systems.
• Train and support team members on data management tools and best practices.
• Generate actionable insights from provider data to support business decisions.
• Stay current with industry trends and apply best practices in data management.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in master data management within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities with a collaborative mindset.
• Deep understanding of provider data and master data management tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data management software and tools.
• Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Commitment to data accuracy and compliance with governance standards.

Desirable Requirements

• 15 years of experience in provider data management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights aligned with strategic business priorities.
