At AstraZeneca, our Oncology Business Unit (OBU) is pushing the boundaries of science to redefine cancer care and deliver life-changing medicines to patients worldwide.
As an Associate Director, OBU Strategy, you will play a key role in shaping the future of AstraZeneca's oncology portfolio by supporting critical strategic and business development initiatives. Leveraging market insights, portfolio analytics, forecasting, and strategic evaluations, you will help identify growth opportunities, assess external partnering investments, and inform portfolio decisions across the business. Working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, you will translate complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic direction, optimize portfolio value, and support the successful development and commercialization of innovative oncology treatments.

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $151,080 - $226,622 USD Annual. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Our positions offer eligibility for various incentives—an opportunity to receive short-term incentive bonuses, equity-based awards for salaried roles and commissions for sales roles. Benefits offered include qualified retirement programs, paid time off (i.e., vacation, holiday, and leaves), as well as health, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
