The Associate Director, Patient Marketing, will drive cross-functional collaboration and tactical alignment, ensuring success in the US. This individual will lead the development and execution of tactics supporting patients for the commercial launch of encaleret. This person will occupy an important role on commercial product teams, work closely with Market Insights, Market Access, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, and other key stakeholders to deliver integrated commercial planning and execution. The Associate Director, Patient Marketing, should feel at home in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. This position requires excellent communication, organization and collaboration skills. The Associate Director, Patient Marketing will report to the Director of Marketing.</p> <h3><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong></h3> <ul> <li>Serve as a commercial member on the Product Teams, embedding the market needs into cross functional planning</li> <li>Drive innovative tactics and address untapped opportunities</li> <li>Lead patient brand planning, messaging and claims work</li> <li>Help identify and support the development of patients and caregivers for patient ambassador programming</li> <li>Uncover and address unmet needs by seeking insights to utilize to improve/refine launch planning and execution</li> <li>Lead agile, cross-functional team to develop/launch innovative patient marketing campaigns that will inspire behavioral change and drive brand growth; ensure aligned launch execution across functions</li> <li>Develop and track metrics to measure and ensure the success of marketing/promotional programs</li> <li>Coordinate with digital marketing to build an effective customer engagement ecosystem</li> <li>Partner with Value and Access to help develop programming to support patient access and adherence</li> <li>Partner with regional teams to ensure diverse commercial insights are brought into the planning process, be the commercial voice advocating for these views</li> <li>Partner closely with advocacy teams to develop tactics that will help educate and support patients</li> <li>Develop targeted measurement plans to help evaluate effectiveness of patient tactics and prioritization of efforts</li> <li>Work cross-functionally with agency partners, sales, commercial operations, brand analytics, IT, MCM, etc.</li> </ul> <h3><strong><u>Where You'll Work</u></strong></h3> <p>This is a hybrid role and requires in-office collaboration 3x per week in our San Francisco or Palo Alto Office.</p> <h3><strong><u>Who You Are</u></strong></h3> <ul> <li>5+ years of commercial biotech or pharmaceutical experience, with at least three years in Marketing</li> <li>Successful launch experience in a competitive market is preferred</li> <li>Rare disease experience preferred</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to develop and action insights from complex clinical data and market research</li> <li>Understanding of the drug development process, especially regarding opportunities for differentiation and value demonstration</li> <li>Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills</li> <li>Passionate about serving patients suffering from Genetic diseases</li> <li>Proven self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team</li> <li>Able to handle full workload across multiple projects</li> <li>Collaborates seamlessly across functions to build effective working relationships and align strategy and execution.</li> <li>High level of self-awareness and understanding of the importance of self-monitoring behavior for continuous improvement</li> <li>True entrepreneurial spirit – BridgeBio was built to do things differently and address the needs of underserved populations, driven by science and unrelenting passion for patients</li> <li><span style="font-size: 14px;">Ability to travel (~20%) is required</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 14px;">You have demonstrated curiosity and adaptability in adopting AI-powered tools and technologies</span></li> </ul> <h3><strong><u>Rewarding Those Who Make the Mission Possible</u></strong></h3> <p>We have high expectations for our team members.
